Revision: 9-Hole Scores
Starting in 2024, there will be changes to how 9-hole scores are handled in order to provide a more accurate representation of a player's handicap. This update aims to align with international standards and provide consistency across different golfing regions.
Under the new regulations, a player's handicap will be calculated based on both 18-hole and 9-hole scores. The WHS will use a specific formula to combine these scores, resulting in a more comprehensive assessment of a player's performance.
